Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at contact@bayoucuir.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack your item and drop it off at any courier location.
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order. We'll credit your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
